We have PI 7.1 and in our production system this morning the messages are showing in SXMB_MONI, but I cannot see anything in RWB channels.
The outbound files from SAP to the vendor are not sent and we mostly get the file from ECC through FTP and send it. I tried seeing the system PI users and they are not locked. Can anyone please give me a direction so we can fix this production issue soon?
thanks
Srividhya
Hi Vidhya,
If this issue started unexpectedly for good running system, then try to take Java stack restart and see the result.

Hi Srividya,
I assume your scenario is FTP -> PI -> ECC . For communicating with ECC , generally we will use Idoc , XI adapters.
If receiver is ECC (when receiver adapters IDOC , XI & HTTP used) , we can't find messages in RWB (adapter engine) . As receiver adapters (IDOC , XI & HTTP) runs on ABAP stack and RWB (adapter engine) runs on Java stack.
If scenario is ECC -> PI -> FTP , Hareesh already mentioned how to search message in RWB(adapter engine).
Thanks
Hari.

Hello,
Go to message monitoring and check if messages are stuck in PI at AE level?
Thanks

Hi Sri - Can you please provide some more details on your issue?
You don't find the messages in channel monitoring page(sender channel) as it polls recursively.. so the channel log only shows recent entries.
Having said that you can find the messages and audit log in adapter engine.
Take the message ID from sxmb_moni
go to RWB -> message monitoring -> adapter engine -> database-> show additional criteria -> paste your message ID and do a search..
