Hello everyone,
We are using NetWeaver Portal 7.31 and the ESS. We have established the SSO and User Mapping configuration correctly. Everything is working fine.
But if a user clicks on "Employee Self Services" in the main navigation bar (on top) or on "Overview", the backend login screen comes up and it indicates a SSO problem. As far as we know this happens normally after some time without an action by the user on the portal.
We checked several parameters as icm/keep_alive_timeout and rdisp/plugin_auto_logout. But they seem to be "correct" and not the cause of the problem. Is there another parameter on the backend or something on the portal side, that can be adjusted?
Regards,
Rainer
This looks to me the problem with SAP Portal and ECC SSO configuration issue. Did you check up the SSO connection between sap portal and ECC , as you said this issue is not related to session timeout.
Also you can verify it in system administration ,System configuration, System Landscape, then check the status , if every thing is right you should see the right tick mark.
Thanks
Krishna
