Rebate Sales order

We upgraded the SAP from 4.7 to 6.0 and now in 6.0 the Rebate sales order is not working.

I'm creating a Rebate sales order, using -> VB02 -> Rebate Payments -> Final Settlement -> Automatic , and Rebate Payments -. Credit memo request -> Change.

When I look at my sales order all the values is zero. Can you help me, why this is coming as zero ?

I saw the configuration and the Rebate is active.

    Rebates are offered to customers to promote sales & build customer loyalty. Create 2-3 order till billing then create rebate agree. Then credit memo req , & billing...

    you can try Choose Rebate payments >Final settlement > Using payment screen. To create a pricing scale for a condition record, select the condition record and choose Scales..
