Internal error (-50) occurred [131-183] While converting to PDF in Marketing Decuments

Dear Experts,

I get the following error ''Internal error (-50) occurred [131-183]'' when i convert any documents to PDF. This error occurs only to remote desktop users who works in SAP Business one app which is generated through the Remote App Manager in Windows Server 2008.Expecting your valuable suggestions.
