S_ALR_87013019 Report problem in Actuals Column

Dear All,

When the report S_ALR_87013019 for Budget/Actual/Commitment runned , in Actuals column values are not appearing for internal orders of year 2013 eventhogh orders are completed with PO,GR and IR whereas the same appears in the year 2014 for other internal orders.

Kindly explain what might be the reason behind this?

    Hi

    Do you have the Navigation (Ctrl+Shift+F10) open on the left side? You can use the furthest left icon on the top bar to open / close this.

    When opened you see a variation of the Fiscal Years to display from.

    I hope this can help.

    Please check the KBA: 1588058 - Actuals/Commitments are not shown in the CO report (transaction S_ALR_87013019)

      Hi Mustafa,

      Thanks for your reply.

      In the report S_ALR_87013019, Actual,Commitment and Allotted values are not getting appeared for the year 2013. Only Budget and Available value appears.

      Whereas for year 2014, relevant value appears.

      I have checked in GRR3 but no recent changes found.
