Hi Ramesh,

Please note that Data Services 3.2 has reached end of life. It is highly recommended you upgrade to a current version of Data Services. The latest version is 4.2 SP8.

Regarding your source Excel file, does your file format have column lengths set larger than 255? When setting up a file format automatically, Data Services will only read the first 100 rows to determine column length. Varchar columns less than 255 in length may be defaulted to 255. If the length is too short, modify the Excel file format to use the correct length. See Knowledge Base article https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1675110 for information on this behavior.

Regards,

Doug

Refer SAP Note 1675110 - Excel columns greater than 255 characters are truncated on output - Data Services
