SAP ME 6.1 Error in installation

Dear Experts,

I am facing error during SAPMECTC configuration run, while performing create or update Global Site step, So i skipped the step.

Activity manager is not loading. Please find the attached screen. kindly help me to solve the issue.

Hi,

This is quite expected to see such error as result of failure during SAPMECTC execution. So, you should fix the issue of SAPMECTC and finish creation of Global site correctly.

Please analyze the error in SAPMECTC.

Please find the attached. The site configuration is executing the same step for long time almost 2 hrs.

Hi Sandeep,

That sometimes happens because of malfunction at NW layer or because of DB connection issues, in particular. Try cancelling the execution of the task and re-execute.

Might be good to check NW logs for any errors during the execution.

That's just an "Info" record, not an error. So, it says not much.

You might need to check with NW support team how to trace the execution of CTC Wizzard.
