    Hi Krishna,

Livecache is designed to work with MaxDB database only. It cannot run on any other database.

    Hope this helps.

SAP liveCache on SAP HANA is released for the customers as well, see at p. 58,

Also, as you know, the SAP liveCache technology is an object-based enhancement of the SAP MaxDB database system and was developed to manage complex objects.

REference to the MAXDB library for the additional information:

    • Hello Martin, you posted the link to the old document from 2013.

You could install the SAP liveCache on MAXDB or SAP liveCache on HANA.

As I already wrote, SAP liveCache on SAP HANA is supported as well.

      Review the document at

SAP HANA and SAP SCM liveCache

Where can I find more information about SCM powered by HANA?

=> There is also an entire page dedicated to SAP SCM on HANA in our sister Suite on HANA FAQ.

Review the SAP note for SCM 7.13 (EHP 3 for SAP SCM 7.0) or higher:

1934307 - Migration of SCM from AnyDB to SAP HANA

      Best regards, Natalia Khlopina
