BCM - CRM Webclient Ready Workmode

Hi experts.

I need some assistance please.

I have configured our SAP CRM 701(70109) to use BCM7(7.0.4.100) for the chat functionality according to the BP Config guides.

When I test the chat with CDT, it works 100%.

When I want to chat with our CRM Webclient with the same username as the one I've used to test with CDT, I get an issue with the "Ready" radio button.

When I log on to the Webclient, I get the success message: "Connected to communication system". The "Ready" radio button is active, but when I want to change the radio button from "Not Ready" to "Ready", it immediately goes back to "not Ready". And I can't see any incoming chats.

When I log on to CDT and the Webclient at the same time with the same user and I change CDT to "Ready", I can see the chat session in the Webclient and the Weblient's "Ready" radio button is selected, but I can't accept the chat session. As soon as I close CDT, the radio button goes back to "Not Ready" on the Webclient.

I think it has something to do with the workmode.

I did check the http trace with transaction: "CRM_ICI_TRACE". There are no errors in the trace for my user.

I also checked the logs on BCM, but I couldn't find anything.

Can someone please give me some guidance on how to solve the problem?
