Password for backend is deactivated for user

One of clients' supervisors has been facing an issue that in the portal he can see 2 requests

1. Purchase Order

2. Attendance Approval

When we clicks the PO it says that your password has been expired but when he clicks on the other link it doesn't say anything. He can enter into the approving window and submit the same successfully.

With refernce to , it complete understand that the password is expired but

WHY the dual faced behavior?

    Hello Sean,

"Attendance Approval" sounds like an MSS to me, that means it is connected to the HR-system, whereas "Purchase Order" would go to the ERP-system. So two different systems, therefor two different accounts and only one of them has it's password expired. 😉

    • I can't say if your thought is correct, but you could just check some things to find more information:

Is the behavior the same, when he opens these requests in the backend? You wrote, that only one user has this problem. Is he the only one that gets those two types of workitems?

And an oldie but goldie: did he try the same from another workstation, too? Is it the same outcome?
