Error Launch Office Client - SAP EPM NW 10 SP 15

Hi Brainest,

Couple of weeks we are migrated into SAP EPM 10 NW SP 15

We have issue while opening any report & Data manager package in the BPF . We are facing the Error Launch Office Client -Object reference is not set as instance object

Around 80 user are facing this issue .

We found few SAP OSS Notes . We are tried all the notes . But still are not find any solution

And also we observed . After restart the user machine , That error is solved .

Can you please guide us . How to arrest this issue permanent
