Hi,

The relation between Order reason and pricing procedure is through condition types and access sequence

You can use Order reason as one of the criteria/Key combination in determined the condition types

For example in case of Returns, system will prompt us to enter Order reason stating why the return has created, such as defective part or damaged in transit

so if you use this order reason as one of the criteria , you can have differentiate the defective price of return part from damaged in transit

hope it is clear

revert if you need further examples

thanks,

Hello Santosh, Thank you for your response.Would you mind helping me with where this assignment is made?

Order Reason > Condition Type > Pricing Procedure?

If I understand correctly, Access Sequences are used for Account Determination. So, would this lead back to Pricing Procedure?

Hi,

You can look into VKOA for account determination

V/03 for creating tables

V/07 for access sequences

thanks
