Hi,
Firstly Restart to J2ee engine works for these issues, check if engine is up and fine.
Secondly
Try connecting directly via the dispatcher. When you get to the J2EE Visual Administrator GUI, there will be 2 options when you try to log on:
a) Connect via the message server.
b) Connect directly to the dispatcher: Select this option. It should bring up a pop-up dialog box asking you to create a new connection or use an existing connection. Select Create New Connection.
1. Display Name: Just give something like: test1
2. User Name: Administrator
3. host name: Your server.
4. Port: p4 port = 50004
5. Transport Layer: Select Default
6. Save the connection.
Now login via this new connection, it will ask you for the Administrator
password.Test whether you are able to connect to the J2EE VA or not. If you are unable to connect, tell me the error which you get. There will be a small book like icon in the bottom right hand-corner with the error log info.
