Strategy 40

Hi experts,

I have an issue with strategy 40. I recreated the data as per the following sample scenario.

In my case, the sales order is not consuming the planned independent requirement. As the planned independent requirement is not consumed, a new planned order for 90 pieces is created by the system.

One of the gentlemen in an existing thread asked to check the consumption value in planning strategy (SPRO). It is set as 1 and hence I assume it is set properly.

Could you please let me know how to rectify the issue? Thank you very much for your time.

Hello

On tab MRP3, chech the values defined for forward consumption of PIRs and make sure that the PIR lies within the interval.
