How to make HTTPS calls using HTTP adapter -- HTTP client. Code 108 reason

58 Views

Hi All,

Scenario: SAP (IDoc) --> XI --> Legacy system (can be reached using Https connection)

While accessing the legacy system using HTTPS connection (HTTP receiver adapter is used), i got the following error.

<SAP:Category>XIAdapter</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="PLAINHTTP_ADAPTER">ATTRIBUTE_CLIENT</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1>108</SAP:P1>

<SAP:Stack>HTTP client. Code 108 reason</SAP:Stack>

<SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

<b>How can i make HTTPS calls using my HTTP adapter.</b>

We have got a web dispatcher. Is it mandatory for SSL to be set up on the Web dispatcher..?? How can i check if SSL has been configured on my web-dispatcher.

I have read the reply by Ranjan Koirala in the following thread.

plainhttpadapter-error-http-client-code-108-reason

Kindly let me know how to go about.

Regards,

Siva Maranani
