IC Web Client "visibleRowCount" problem

I am having a problem increasing the visible Rows in my copied version of IRecHistory iview. I have changed the value of visibleRowCount from 5 to 8. The iview displays the extra 3 rows but without data. It is not a data issue as I have over a 100 records. Please could somebody tell me where I can tell it to fill the extra 3 rows that I have increase in the tableView design. If it is not in the .htm then I would think that this will be controlled in the .do - but I am having problems finding where this can be changed. PLEASE HELP!
