Maintenance plan and task list header description in different languages

Hi All,

How we can maintain Maintenance plan header description and Task list header description in different languages (Like English, French,Dutch etc).

Hi Vishu G,

taking Maheswaran KD's statement ("..not possible") as granted, then you could use a workaround:

Indicate in the longtexts all languages you need:

EN: English text

FR: French text

NL: Dutch text

This could be partly done with standard texts:

1. Create an SO10 standard text with the code below (see image)
2. Create a CA10 standard text and link in text above
3. Assign CA10 standard text to order/task list operation

Just try logging in appropriate language to create appropriate master data.

Hi Mahashwaran,

I have uploaded maintenance plan with logine in english. Now I want to translate header description in French. When I logged in French and change the description in French then its engish decription also becomes french when logged in english.

My objective is When I logged in English then its description should be in English and When I logged in French then its description should be in French.

I think its not possible to have your requirement.
