Publications using Dynamic Links - no longer working

Hi,

We have a number of Publications that are scheduled throughout the month.  At the weekend a number ran fine then the final one got stuck on 'running'.  On investigation on every Publication when you go to the Properties of each then the Dynamic Recipients section the screen seems to hang.  Please see below;

I found a 'Fix' 1819938 however nothing in the resolution section fixed my issue.

If I restart the SIA it will work for a little while (no more than 30 minutes) then it will go back to the above.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Pamela,

If the publications are based on Crystal Reports try the below with any of one and check:

Open the faulty crystal report on which the publication is based in Crystal Designer and save it  with No Printer option checked

Hi Satish,

All the publications - Dynamic Recipients properties are showing this way.  I have checked all the reports that the Dynamic Recipients are based on and they already have the No Printer option checked.

Hi Pamela,

Can you try re-importing your crystal report for dynamic recipient, which you have mapped for the publications.

Or I would suggest you can create a test publication based on that dynamic recipients list  (crystal report) and check if you are able to do.

This will help us isolate if the issue is with the existing, new or both. or with that crystal report fir dynamic recipients.

Other than this check if all the crystal serves are up and running.

Also which version of BI 4.0 you are using, provide environment details.
