Publications using Dynamic Links - no longer working

Hi,

We have a number of Publications that are scheduled throughout the month. At the weekend a number ran fine then the final one got stuck on 'running'. On investigation on every Publication when you go to the Properties of each then the Dynamic Recipients section the screen seems to hang. Please see below;

I found a 'Fix' 1819938 however nothing in the resolution section fixed my issue.

If I restart the SIA it will work for a little while (no more than 30 minutes) then it will go back to the above.

Any help would be appreciated.
