Hi Friends !

1) Is Schema Mapping same as Export / Import?

2) Whats the purpose of schema mapping? How to do?

Hi Rekha,

It is used while importing/exporting models.

Ex: you created a model on Table T1 from Schema S1. But in your target system T1 is present in S2.

Then you can maintain the schema mapping S1 <--> S2 , so that when you export the model to Target system it will work.
