CL_RSBK_DTP----CP Error while installing BI content

Hi,

iam doing BW(740 SP4) content installation and i select Dataflow before and transferred selection ,after some time it is throwing CL_RSBK_DTP------>CP error .

i searched all earlier documents but of no clue. Pls help us.
