Import File with Multivalued Hierarchy Table

I want to import excel file.. attached herewith..

Approvers needs to be maintained in combination with Data Object + Process Role Code + Workflow Region + Material Hierarchy

But Material Hierarchy is Multi valued lookup table so cannot be added in match records as we do not get that field in Match Records tab to add.

So how can I import the records.
