Hi Experts.

I have been working on Organiztianal Management so far with different OM infotypes. I have just come across an infotype whichs 1010 Authorities and Resources,

I have created subytpe and Resources. But really dont have any idea what this infotype would do,

Can anyone explain with Example on this please? any authorization checks needs to be done from authorization side. Any idea on this infotype would be really appreciated?

This would be mainly used in case of budget approval in release strategy where the authority is maintained check the link,

Thanks for sharing those valuable Links. which means when we release incas eof Budget approval. how does system automatically goes to this position. How system communications happening.

Will a mail or something would be triggered to his inbox? how does this infotype control it. Can you give us a small illustration

Hi Sriram,

The above example which i gave was just a sample where you can refer to the table HRP1010 and control through workflow.

But if you go through the standard documentation it clearly says the authorization control can be be given based upon the value in HRP1010 against the position .

Also resources which are available for that position can be stored here and also in the standard documentation good examples are given.

But the main use of this infotype comes into picture based upon the requirement.
