CMC is not opening after giving valid userid and password

I am getting the following error after reboot the server and trying to open CMC.

server xxxx:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null'

Hi Purna,

There must a BO Administrator around to take care of this. Check and flag it to him/her.

the process varies from environment to environment so it would be good if the admin performs the required steps.

Thanks for your suggestion. But unfortunately there is no BO admin. We are using  CA Clarity tools and BO for report server. I have knowledge on Linux command and not in BO services. So kindly advice how to up CMC service.

Hi Puran,

ccm.sh file gets stored in bobje directory.

Go inside this directory and try the below commands:

ccm.sh -start all

ccm.sh -enable all

This will restart the CMS at default port i.e. 6400.

Please try this and share the results.

Open SIA and see whether all servers are working properly or not?

If not, then enable and start the servers.

I am new to BO admin work, please tell me how to check the SIA services.

Open CCM and double click on Server Intelligence Agent then give credentials and look for the servers.
