How to add subroutine in MV45AFZZ called in Z include

Hi All,

My requirement is to add subroutine (PERFORM) in userexit MV45AFZZ and call its (FORM-ENDFORM) in my own Z include.
it gives dump if I calls created Z include type 'I'.

Please guide me how do i approch.
