Running Package errors

I am trying to run the FX Restatement package for different categories but I get the following error message:

I had problems when I tried to load my rates - I input the rates into the worksheet, pressed Send and Refresh and it said no new rates to refresh - are these problems linked do you think? Please can someone help?? Thanks.
