Problem activating instance for the SAP Business Warehouse 7.4 SP5 incl. SAP BO BI

I try to activate instance for the SAP Business Warehouse 7.4 SP5 incl. SAP BO BI 4.1 SP 2 on SAP HANA 1.0 Sp 7 on 28/02/2014 16:21.

Get An error: "Start failed. Your account is now beeng verified." More than two hours was passed and nothing has happend. Status is yellow - Front end is green, but Server - white.

No errors was at the time of registration and previos procedures.

What should i do next?
