Serial number AVLB status is not appearing.

AVLB status is not appearing in serial number and equipment too. Please check below screenshot.

It appears there is a inconsistency with the system status, no actual status values are active.

Check the repair program RISTEQ03 which can correct this, it should already exist on your system

means we have correct out the programme changs according to notes but then also status is not appearing.
