Inappropriate Status in CON2

I am trying analyze the CON2 results, but the detail list of the CON2 result is not generating. At the same time system is showing that there are 20 order with inappropriate status.

Any one please explain the reason of inappropriate status and its behavior w.r.t. to revaluation.
