we have set a prefix (e.g. "mytext:") in the document title, which means we wrote it down in the condition types / document types. (MN05 e.g.)
Our problem is, that when using the option "Medium 5", the system automatically adds a system prefix (e.g. "P99708080-1") to the already existing prefix written down in the condition. Now it looks like this: "P99708080-1:mytext:document_title"
We noticed that this happens when the document type is RAW.
When the document type is EXT and the document is displayed with sent by mail in SOST, it doesn't happen, then we get the desired "mytext:document_title" without additional prefixes.
Do you have an idea how to solve the issue? Where does the system get the wrong prefix "P99708080-1:" from?
