CRM_ORDER_READ messing up price agreements in BADI

Hi everyone.

I've implemented BADI 'order_save' in order to do some

checks to the price agreements. In my implementation I call FM 'crm_order_read'.

The strange thing is - when I delete a price agreement line in an item of Sales Contract, and save - everything is OK. But, when I delete another line and save (in the same transaction) it pops right back and can not be deleted.

If I remove the call to 'crm_order_read' none of this happens.

Any idea for this bizarre behavior?

Thanks, Nachshon.

The CRM function modules are very complicated. They have their own buffer and store the results of last few calls in them. So If you call the same function module without changing the data, it will be retrieved from the buffer and not the database.

When you are saying you deleted a price agreement line, did you use a standard FM to do this? because, the standards FMs may have been designed to remove the line from the buffer as well. if you did not remove the details from the buffer and you are making a second call to the read FM, it may find the inconsistency and fail.

However, if you can give me the exact error message or behaviour I may be able to help you more.
