merging two tables and adding data to them

hello there

i have posted this question a few days ago but when i tried to paste my code a problem with policy and roles occur

anyway,

i have a screen with fields from 2 tables and when i press save, the fields saved correctly in the frst table but it saves the same values in the other one which is wrong

could anyone please help me on how to paste my code to figure out whats the problem is?
