Infopackage import problem

Hi,

  We are facing a problem when importing an infopackage from Quality to Production.

But the Transport was successfull from Development to Quality.

We got this message when the Transport is importing into Production.

INFO EXECUTION OF STANDAR <Production> 9 not needed: sxpra execution is switched off <Username> espr3<prd>.

Please help on this.

You may have the swith in the wrong position.

Switching on the Standard Transport System

You are in the Transport Connection function area of the Administrator Workbench.

To activate the standard transport system, select Edit → Transport → Switch-On Standard.

Note

New objects are no longer created as local objects. Instead, when creating any new object, a dialog box appears to specify the package and, if required, an additional box to specify the transport request.  This also applies to BEx objects such as queries, workbooks and Web templates. New objects are automatically recorded.

However, this does not apply to those objects that were created in the $TMP package before the standard transport connection was switched on. These must be collected and transported using the BW transport connection in the Administrator Workbench. 

Switching off the Standard Transport System

You are in the Transport Connection function area of the Administrator Workbench.

To deactivate the standard transport system, select Edit → Transport → Switch-Off Standard.

Note

New objects are once again created as local objects. When being transported for the first time, they must be collected and transported using the object collector in the BW Transport Connection of the Administrator Workbench.

Hi Rajani,

please check the connection form ECC PRD to BI PRD.

after transporting the ECC data source then transport BI side.

replicate the data source from ECC PRD to BI PRD.

BI side after collecting the DS TR in then collect the info packge as same request.

please find the doc how to do transport in ECC and BI side.

Hi,

Try to check below things.

1. Ecc data was exist at ECC prod related to your info pack

2. Have you replicated into bw prod side and is it in active.

3. Are you sure you need to import form Quality to prod or Dev to prod.

normally Dev--> Quality, Dev--> prod. pleae check about your landscape.

Can you share screen shot please.
