How to remove dependencies at the time of Batch archiving .

Dear Experts,

I am trying to archive material batches through program  MMREO020N but it is asking me to remove dependencies .Please check attached screenshot and help on same.Could you please tell me how to remove the attached dependencies .

Hi,

   Please check the note:  900537 - FAQ: Error messages when archiving materials  The note is for archiving materials, but the same logic is applicable for batches too.

   If there is no stock in MMBE and stock existing in previous period, you may proceed as explained in the note: 30656 - Change base unit of measure/batch management requirement

It seems Some open Sales Orders and Purchase Orders available.Can you please check MMBE is there any stock available against this batch .If yes then you need to clear complete quantity and open Orders before you archive.

you have to archvie all documents where this batch  is maintained  prior to archiving of the batch.

if you would use SARA transaction with object MM_SPSTOCK  instead of just calling a program, then you could access the net graphic  which tells you what object have to be archived prior to the batch archiving
