RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE

Hi Experts,

When i click the Payment Request tab,it display the follwoing error(NW 7.0,ECC 6.0).

An error occured accessing the SAP system:
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: The system is
unable to interpret the SSO ticket received

Could you please help on this issue.
