Change BP in confirmed messages

Hi!

I have one more issue!

This time I realized that we had one user with two BP assigned. In the end, some messages are created with BP 101 and some with BP 102.

I would like to delete old BP 101, but I cannot as there are some messages assigned (and confirmed). Is there any way I could change the reporter of those messages to BP 102?

Hi Anatoly,

If you can enter the ticket in editable mode then you can change the partner i.e. Reporter etc

to do this goto partner determination procedure

and choose your partner profile assigned to your transaction type...here make sure changeable is selected for Reported By ..because by default it is unselected as shown below

You can not change Reporter, as message was initiated by reporter and which had been processed already.

To delete BP, run t-code BUPA_DEL or run report BUPA_TEST_DELETE

By customizing we can make Reporter field changeble and then change value.

Yes but for this you need to change status schema, you can change that in confirmed status message changeble.

By setting changes = possible, after that change BP 101 to 102 .

and when finish give back Change = forbbiden.

Thanks! Now I can edit messages, but Reporter field is grey Any ideas how can I change reporter?

Find in SPRO Partner Determination, there find your Partner Schema.

Choose Reporter - make maximum = 999

then go change BP
