hi

shopping cart workflow is in error

Object /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MGR_SBWF method FINISH_PROCESS cannot be executed

this is not happening for every shopping cart, only for some

i copied the SHC and for the copy it worked fine, no error. So it cudnt be data issue

also deactivated suspected badis, still the error shows up

we opened message to SAP, they gave note 1697416 ....... but still didnt work

also checking note 1625513 : Workflow without approval is awaiting approval status

any inputs are welcome.
