Hello!
We have recently updated SolMan 7.1 to SP10. Now we struggle with few issues. One of them is when user creates ticket directly in Managed System (Help -> Create Support Message) it appears in SolMan as transaction Type SMIN.
When user Log In, then everything is OK and can create messages type ZMIN.
Can you please help me?

Hi,
Please check for the Txn type maintained in DNO_CUST04 transaction in solman. The PROCESS_TYPE 0 should have ZMIN. Then you will be able to create messages in ZMIN from satellite systems.
