yC4C: Mutated vowels in campaigns

Hello *,

during campaign execution we generate activities (e. g. telephone calls), Within campaign we maintain a notice that is transferred to notice of activity. That's fine.

In case the text contains mutated vowels (ö, Ö, ä, Ä, ü, Ü, ß) the system converts those to '#'.

How to avoid this issue?
