KKBC_HOE - how to remove the 0 lines from report

Hello everybody,

When I run KKBC_HOE report on a limited period, I have a lot of lines with zero value. I've been searching a way to remove them but could not find anything. Can anybody help me with this issue?

Hello,

What do you mean by zero line items? KKBC_HOE summarizes the data based on KKRC periodic run. so you can not delete that in KKBC_HOE.

If you can give me examples what are those zero values like are they zero target costs, zero actual cost etc.

How does your hierarchy defined in KKR0?

What settlement type you used for your production orders? Periodic or Full?

Hi,

Zero line items means that I have lines with all values 0. This is because I have limeted the period for a month, for example, and this lines corespond to orders for which I have no value in the selected period. The showing values are correct, this is not the issue, I just need to be able to filter them somehow. Because I have a lot of lines in this situation, it is quite disturbing to scroll down a screen or two, to analize something. I hope I was more clear.

Then you simply just filter it out buy selecting see below i have selected Actual cost column and excluded value with 0 in that way i will only see value which has value other than 0 in actual cost rest all will not be displayed

Thank you for your answer. I took me a wile to get to the screen you are showing me, but it can only bring one object at a time. Could it be the way my hierarchy is build? or am I missing something else?

Here is how I proceeded: I run the report with Overview option (), in the hierarchy I have to mark the lowest level, and then choose from menu Go to - > Single objects. The problem here is that I can only select one object and this is why in the final screen I have only one object. Do you have a solution for this situation?
