st03 single statistics records

Hello Basis Experts,

I just need some help on how to extend the duration / file size of the single statistics records in ST03.

Currently, my system seems to overwrite the existing stat file "G:\usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS00\data\stat.DAT" once this file reaches 5mb or so. Is there a way to extend this reset size? I need to keep this performance stats for 2 weeks. Currently, this file gets rewritten every hour or so depending on how busy the system is.

So, pls can someone help advice what needs to be done to reduce the frequency this file gets reset?
