Pls help. i wanted that my cattscript be saved in my pc's local directory since there would be a refresh of our solution manager. i wanted to load again the catt script after the refresh hope you could help me. thanks in advance.
Hi,
You can not take back up to local directory for Catt scripts.
Create one transport request for the catt scripts you need to take backup. To do that add object to the request like below
ProgramID : R3TR
Obj ID : SCAT
Object name : Your Script name
Like that you add all the objects and relese it.
After your system upgrade again import the request in the Transport mangement system.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks & Regards,
Siri.

Hi Srilatha,
I have a question for you.
Ar you are saying to transport the objects to test system(transport from Dev to other system like Test or prod), and once the system upgrade is done, import the requests back??
In your message you said "add object to the request like below"
ProgramID : R3TR
Obj ID : SCAT
Object name : Your Script name
Can you be more detail..
Thanks,
Lalitha.
See report RSCATTRA and its online documentation. This will help create transport and subsequently backup .
Cheers.

Hi, Anna
I'm not sure that there is a way for it. but I think it's possible.
1. Make one development class(target class)
2. copy all the test cases what you want to reserve to development class(target)
(T-CODE:SCAT
Utilities -> Copy test cases)
3. back up your development class and then restore(consult your Basis administrator).
