SAP BPC - Data validation - How can I check if record exist in a Cube?

Dear All,

In SAP BPC,

I would like to do the following data validation:

Check if a particular record exists in a Cube(say, for the year 2011.01). If exist, move on. Else, thorw error and come out(of BPF task).

Need to achieve the above thru' BPF task. How can I do that?
