Manager Self Service - Global Employment

Hi,

We implemented SAP HCM -PA,OM, ESS/MSS and Global employment.

MSS on Global employment: The SAP user id is assigned to HOME Record-PERNR. On expatriation action, When Manager from US(Home) goes on global employment to CA (Host),HOME PERNR got assigned to 99999999 position.

When Manager logsin to Portal, he will not be able to see any records of his subordinate.

What is the required configuration/settings for Manager on global employment to view the suboridnates from Host country as well as Home country

Note: ESS on Global employment: We assign the SAP user id to IT 0105 on Home Record and perform the confguration on ESS-CE/GE employment. In Portal, we created 2 countru specefic roles and attached to the user. ESS works.
