POWL for Staff

Hi Experts,

We have requirement that Staff Administrator should able to approve leave request. We would like to use POWL for this. Currently we have assigned roles as follows:

Web Dynpro Applicat.    IBO_WDA_INBOX

Application Config.     MANAGER_MSS_WDAC_POWL_INBOX

Problem with this role, it assigns other tasks like Working Time, Task Monitoring etc. We don't want to display these to the staffing administrator. Is there any way we can get rid of this? We just want Leave Request tab for staffing administrators.

you can use trans code POWL_COCKPIT and delete form the standard one,or create a new one refer here http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ppm50/helpdata/en/4a/408d74acb51cece10000000a42189b/content.htm Register Query brings up a list of the Queries tied to this POWL

I have done set-up on POWL side. Do I need to assign this to WebDynpro Configuration - IBO_WDA_INBOX?

When I ran report for my POWL configurations and got following details:
