Smartforms don't appear when going into Activities (E-Recruitment)

Hi Experts,

I'm currently working on the E-Recruitment tool from SAP and getting some problems with viewing my smartforms. When I create my Process Templates I can see the forms correctly but when I test them in my Assignments for Requisition they don't appear.

when I click on preview the message is: 1 documents could not be created or processed.

Where am I going wrong??
