Global License in SAP B1 9.0

Dear All,

Can I get the details (in full) about the Global License in SAP B1 9.0 ? I would like to ask in which sense it will be useful for my client or my company ?

Also what are the scenarios that are fulfilled in this Global License and disadvantage if any ?
