List of BP for whom Collection Master Data is not Maintained

Hi ,

From customer Master Record , BP is created automatically in background. but business want to know till today how many BP is created or exist and for whom BP role, Collection Profile, Collection Group is assigned or not.

For above requirement is there any standard report available or if I have to develop please provide the logic.
