REFX - Rental object USAGE TYPE field need to make editable.

Dear Experts,

I have an issue with REFX - lease in scenario.

In REFX Rental object ( RE80 ) there is a filed “ USAGE TYPE “ once its saved we cant edit this field.

But as a requirement we would like to make this filed editable.

Can any one suggest is there any major implifications of these changes / also the methods to make it editable.
