Disable Desktop Search via NwbcOptions.xml

I have not been able to find the syntax to disable "Desktop Search" using the NwbcOptions.xml file. I've reviewed the NwbcOptions.xml.template file and there are examples on how to add Search Providers, but no examples for disabling the Desktop Search.
