First thing to do is upgrade your original release of CR 2008 to current Service Pack 6.

Likely fix the problem.

Type the following string into the search box at the top right corner:

crystal oracle 12154

When the results come up, yo may want to filter them for KBAs by clicking on "Support Notes" link under Assets (left side of the screen).
